Shipping and returns

Shipping information

  • All our shipments within Germany are sent with DHL and have a tracking number.

  • For international shipments we use DHL Premium Shipping.

  • We also use the DHL GoGreen service, which enables sustainable shipping by reducing transport-related CO2e emissions.

Shipping costs

  • Germany:

    • From 49 € order value: free

    • Orders under 49 €: 4.99 € shipping costs

  • For other countries, shipping costs are calculated individually during checkout.

Return shipping

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The condition is that the item is in unworn, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Please contact us in advance at support@louis-louis.de to request a return.
After confirmation, you can return the goods at your own expense to the following address:

Important: Returns without prior registration cannot be processed.

There is no restocking fee .
Vouchers are exempt from return.
